Who makes the cut?

Dial Idol is predicting, as I expected, Adam and Allison on top. But as a surprise in third? Matt Giraud. Not that I don’t like the guy, but he really sucked last night.
I was watching the real-time results last night and a bunch of people held the #3 spot for varying amounts of time: Jesse, Kris, Megan, and Matt. It is going to be a tough call.
One person who I didn’t ever notice in that coveted #3 spot? Nick/Normund. Thank you, America, for not making a mockery of my beloved show.
Obviously this whole post should be prefaced with the fact that this is dialidol, and they don’t always get it right, but they tend to be more accurate than not. So believe at your own risk.

I’m surprised. I thought the Normund schtick was going to overpower the show. I agree that the whole thing makes a mockery. Please make room for someone who has a voice — after all, as Simon continues to remind us, this is a singing competition.
