OMG! OMG! I can't believe your seats, Laura!! I am so very very jealous!! To be that close to the sexiest man alive and to be in his presence when he won. WOW! I am still reeling and so completely happy and amazed he won!!! :) I am going to try very hard to meet him on the tour this summer. I would probably melt into a puddle on the ground. That would be a dream! and to be that close to Carrie when she sang. That is super awesome!! I will think of you in a few weeks, as my dad and I are road tripping to her concert in Cape Girardeau, MO. Very COOL that Simon came back to greet you and shake your hand. That is just really neat! and all the stars and former idols you saw or crawled over to get to your seat. What a night! I am SOOOO happy for you and SO glad you persisted and stayed in line!!! Your seats were fantastic, what luck! I agree the Idol Gods must really love you. Too bad they took away your cameras :-( I thought the results show, although obligatory dripping with cheese, was VERY entertaining. I love Jack Black so Gladys Knight and the "pips" thing totally cracked me up and wasn't near as creepy as the Celine and Elvis thing last year. I really thought Cook had no chance of winning after they pimped Archie so much at the finals. Simon's appology speech right before the announcement was quite odd... I almost feel bad now. I truly think Archie needed the title much more so than Cook did, but hopefully he can prove me wrong. I I’m so jealous! Your seats were fantastic, what luck!
