In case you have been living under a rock, the girl won the Best Supporting Actress for Dreamgirls last night. Woot!

In other idol news:

Matthew Buckstein of the “Brokenote Cowboys” Fame, is doing idol as an “independent study” of sorts.

Ryan gets embarrassed while watching AI: Rewind. I know, Ryan - kind of like looking through your high school yearbooks. The pants you wore for the wild card show? Seriously, what were you thinking!?

American Idol Extra is back. Because we need to waste more hours per week on this show.

Ruben Studdard talks to kids about physical fitness. Sorry, but why does this make me snicker?

JPL is back! Somehow, I don’t think Daughtry should be worried.

Ken and Nigel are now in charge of the Emmy’s. Could they make sure The Office wins for best comedy again? Thanks.

Wanna go to Idol summer Camp? Can I tell you how much I would be all about this if I was 13? Hell, I’m all about this now!

And last but not least, let’s talk about the Antonella nude/sex picks. OK, I can deal with the topless beach shots, because A. it looked very sorority and probably drunken, and B. you couldn’t actually see “anything” in the pictures. So she likes to swim topless - so does half of Europe - whatever. But then last night I came across the oral sex pics. Now I have seen a number of celebrity crotch shots, including, but not limited to, Paris, Britney, and Lindsay. But this Antonella oral sex pic takes the cake. ETA: So I just discovered that Antonella was an ARCHITECTURE MAJOR at Catholic University! AN ARCHY! HA ! HAHA! We Arch. majors are always just so scandalous! (though scandalous pictures of me aren’t floating around the internets. yet.)

Well, there are 4.5 hours of Idol this week - 1.5 hours each evening. If you’re counting, that’s a half hour less than last week. What the hell they are going to do with a 1.5 hour result show is beyond me.
